To help educate the public, Keep Pearland Beautiful is hosting its annual Cigarette Litter Awareness Day on Saturday Feb. 17, 2018.  At noon volunteers will meet at the Stella Roberts Recycle Center located at 5800 Magnolia St. Pearland, TX 77584 to eat lunch and receive a safety briefing.  Registration for this event will open in January, email info@mykpb.orgto be added to the email announcement.

Volunteers will spend the afternoon picking up cigarette litter along Pearland street intersections.  Last year volunteers picked up 18,263 cigarette butts.
