The Pearland Development Forum is our annual event to reintroduce ourselves to the development community and provide updates on changes to the land development process. The program will include remarks from the Directors of Community Development and Engineering, the Fire Marshal,  the Building Official, and Planning staff.

Topics will include:

2. Updates to City codes and ordinances
3. Introduction of new staff members
4. 2019 Fee Changes
5. Frequently asked questions

We encourage you to come out and meet your local development team. Event will include refreshments and a meet and greet.
