The Quarterly Development Update is a forum hosted by the City of Pearland, the Pearland Economic
Development Corporation, and the Pearland Chamber of Commerce to provide a recap of the
economy, land development, and businesses in our City over the last quarter.

Development in Pearland is moving at a rapid pace, and it is important to bring
together all of the community representatives that are interested or involved in the
process of building the Pearland community.

In addition to the normal Quarterly updates, this quarter’s presentation will focus on COVID-19 emergency response
measures and resources available to the business and development community of Pearland.
