Pearland Planning and Zoning Commission Regular meetings are held on the 3rd Monday of each month. 

*Planning & Zoning meetings may be rescheduled due to holidays. Planning and Zoning Special Meetings may be added as needed. Meeting agendas are posted 72 hours prior to the scheduled meeting.

The Planning and Zoning Commission is composed of seven (7) members appointed by the City Council. Board members serve for terms of three (3) years with no term limits.
