Approved Projects List

Original Projects

Groups or individuals interested in undertaking an original project are welcome to write their proposed project on the application. Please submit a complete application a minimum of six weeks prior to the proposed start date. The application requires details about the project, including a project brief, the scope, the benefit to the community, a rough estimate of the time frame and required resources.

The application will be reviewed by an administrator with City of Pearland, Parks & Recreation. Subsequent to that review, a meeting will be scheduled with the group or individual to discuss project details and next steps. The feasibility of each project proposals will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis to determine if the project fulfills a need, benefits the City and the community, falls within City guidelines and does not require a lot of upkeep from the City.
