Field and Turf Rental Requests

Pearland Parks and Recreation has a variety of athletic fields to meet your needs whether it’s for practices, games, or tournaments. See the information below for more details about each of our athletic complexes and the fields that are available for use.

INTERESTED IN RENTING?

Email your request to Athleticfieldrentals@pearlandtx.gov. Your email should contain the field names, dates, and times that you are interested in. All rental requests are subject to approval by the Pearland Parks and Recreation Department.

General Field Rental availability opens on July 1^st each year. The rental request window is for the dates between September 1^st of the current year to August 31^st of the following year. These rentals must follow all general rental fees, rules, and guidelines defined throughout the Athletic Field Use Policy. Rental requests should be made a minimum of 14 days in advance of the date requested. Rentals requested within 14 days of the desired date are not guaranteed and are approved at staff discretion.

Parks and Recreation staff will respond within 2 business days to confirm requests and provide information on the deposit/payment requirements that are due at the time of booking.

• A deposit will be held for 25% of the total rental fees until all dates as set in the contract have concluded.
• Any remaining balance will be due the 1^st of the month prior to the month of the reservation.
• Cancellations will be handled according to Facility Use Cancellations as described in the Athletic Facility Use Policy.
