Ruff Runner & Yappy Hour, presented by Epic Plumbing, is a pet-themed race for all ages. The run will feature a 5K for avid runners, while the featuring a Kids 1K and 3K options will continue with the paw-pular opportunity to run with or without a four-legged friend.

Stick around for the post-race Yappy Hour, for race hospitality and a presentation of medals for all registered participants.

• Where is Ruff Runner taking place? Ruff Runner, presented by Epic Plumbing, will take place at Independence Park, 3449 Pearland Pkwy, Pearland, TX 77584.
  
  
• What time do the races start?

• Am I able to change what race I’m competing in after I registered? Yes. If you'd like to change what race you are competing in please visit the registration tent prior to the start of your race and staff will assist.

• When is packet pick up? Race bags, bibs and t-shirts can be picked up on Friday, September 22 from 2 - 6 p.m. at Wild Pear Running. (9330 Broadway, Ste. D-400, Pearland, TX 77584) 

• I didn't pick-up my race packet on Friday. Can I pick it up before my race? Yes, you may pick up your race bag at the Race Hospitality Tent, at Independence Park, Saturday morning, from 6 to 7:30 a.m. 

• I haven't received my bib number yet. Where can I pick it up? Participants will receive their assigned bib numbers when they register and/or pick up their race bags. The Registration/Packet pick-up tent will be available Saturday morning, from 6 to 7:30 a.m. 

• Can I run with a stroller or wagon? Yes, you may participate with a stroller or wagon; however, in effort to maximize safety and minimize tripping hazards staff will ask you to start your race at the back of the group. Please note - only registered participants will have their race timed and will receive race swag.

• Can I register to participate onsite? Yes! Registration will remain available until the start of each race. Credit card transactions only. No cash will be handled onsite.

• When I arrive where do I park? Parking is available at Independence Park and is first come, first serve. Vehicles must be parked by 7:30 a.m. and will not be able to move their vehicle until all runners have cleared the route and Pearland Police has reopened the roads for vehicle traffic. Please note the following IMPORTANT ROAD CLOSURES. Independence Park, Pearland Parkway north bound lanes, and John Lizer will close to vehicle traffic at 7:30 a.m. We encourage everyone to arrive early or you will not be allowed to enter and park onsite.

• What do I do after my race? Immediately following the race, be sure to stick around visit with our presenting sponsors Epic Plumbing during the post-race Yappy Hour will take place at the park's pavilion.
